If you have been unable to get a loan from anywhere else, we may be able to help by supporting you to get a loan through our loan funds.
We have been providing 'loans of last resort' for 20 years to new and existing small businesses in east London.
Unlike most high street banks, our lending is not credit scored, but is based on the presentation of a comprehensive viable business plan.
Our business advisors will work with you in producing a viable business plan and support you through the application process.

For fashion designers we offer a short-term 'clothing loan' to meet orders.
To be eligible, your business must be based in one of our five boroughs: Tower Hamlets, Newham, Redbridge, Havering or Barking and Dagenham. To find out more about the eligibility crtiteria click here.
Our loan funds are subject to business viability and are reviewed by an independent panel.
We review each application individually, as we believe each business is unique.
