If you have been unable to get a loan from anywhere else, we provide loans for new & existing businesses of up to £25k.
We have been providing 'loans of last resort' for 25 years to new and existing small businesses in east London.
Unlike most high street banks, our lending is not credit scored, but is based on the presentation of a comprehensive viable business plan.

- We will work with you to write a viable business plan
- For fashion designers we offer a short-term 'clothing loan' to meet orders
Our business advisors will work with you in producing a viable business plan and support you through the application process.

To be eligible, your business must be based in London. Our loan funds are subject to business viability and are reviewed by an independent panel. We review each application individually, as we believe each business is unique.
